They're using a live answering service, so the person who picks up the phone is completely useless in dealing with any issues you're having. 7) I told Kyle I'm still willing to consider them, but not dealing with him. Apparently that verbatim statement wasn't clear enough because he sent me an email asking if I'd still be willing to consider them. 8) I've followed up by phone, asking for my inquiry to be directed to a manager. Crickets. Total disregard for professionalism and my time.
